Because unlike all other packages that allegedly provide protection to devices, "that rubbish Kaspersky" has a history of interpreting affiliate links as being somehow of great detriment to the host and so in its obsessional confusion simply replaces the destination webpage with a single or low-pixel PNG image. That's a real quality product.
OP will return soon to confirm, or never return, or suggest the issue was neighbour's cat nibbling on fibre optic cable or some other equally implausible rubbish, unlike the real cause rubbish that is Kaspersky.
Try another browser
esar Tried using google chrome, bing, firefox, still getting the same problem,i think the issue

Let's be honest: OP is using Kaspersky but for some bizarre reason chooses not to confirm it. When the Kaspersky service is suspended or ideally removed from the problematic device, all will be well. Simples.
If OP really must continue to use that Kaspersky rubbish, then when visting a HUKD page:
click on the laughable "Kaspersky Protection" extension icon >> Private Browsing >> Allow data collection on this website.
Job done, although << uninstall >> has a more beneficial effect.

I wish to thank you for your assistance ,if you read what AndyRoyd says - it worked for me and know i can continue to enjoy HUKD.

Regards jimmiedodger.
When the main software updates itself (not the virus definitions), it forgets you disabled the browser scanning function.
Possibly a ploy to get you to pay for customer support.
I personally use AVG free, but I disable everything bar file scanning

You say AVG Free ,but i don't recommend it,it may work for you fine ,but it slows my computer down to know end i ran it for 1 year & Mcafee .

McAfee may not be as gone as you think, I tried it years ago and it flat out lied that it was uninstalled, had to get specialist software to eradicate it, much worse than the viruses it was supposed to protect me from.
How old is your pc, I've found that old PC's need the thermal paste on the processor replaced after a couple of years, as it becomes ineffective and the chip protects itself by slowing down

As your issue is unique to Krapesky, it won't happen if you don't use it. On my w10 machines I use the standard integral MS offering plus adblocker uBlock Origin (two words) on all the browsers, except Epic Privacy Browser. Not felt the need to install any further protection. I occasional scan the entire installation via a portable version of MalwareBytes typically with no issues found (maybe except for MWBs obsession with cookies). Use of uBlock Origin provides the user with simple intuitive customisable control to directly access each affiliate destination, or not.
