This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

I have no other problems with any other site - just this one!

no problems here...

works fine for me

Moreth>n's website is truly rubbish. For such a large company, it is truly appalling. If you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox, or vice-a-versa.

Are you using FF? or IE6/7/8?

Tried that and that also doesn;t work.

If the website appears in your hosts file with the incorrect IP address then you will experience such issues. You can view the hosts file in the directory "%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\". You can enter this directory name directly in File Explorer. You should now see the hosts file which can be edited with a text editor. If you do not see the hosts file then the default location has been altered and the registry key "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\DataBasePath"
will point you to the correct location of the hosts file.

Another issue could be the ISP that is not resolving DNS mappings. Using a proxy server (such as www.youhide.com) may help you access the site.

are u with virgin or other bb?

with virgin, there could be a caching issue with the proxy server. Quite common.

let me know if there is so I can let u know what to do.
