Why does Amazon 'special' sales always seem like shopping in a 5 for 1, £1 card shop?

You look through it once and then give up, you also hear yourself saying 'utter rubbish again.'

A year later you could swear it's the same items as previous years. Then you have the added RRP garbage to shift through.. Plus the price con...

Thank god for camelcamelcamel...

I suppose like every monopoly, once there it takes you for granted and the real 'company' appears. See it with airlines, phone/computer giants etc etc.
