Why does buy it now dissapear when you receive a bid on ebay?

I'm all confused!

It's obviously how the system works.

When you're at zero bids, the option to BIN and auction are available. As soon as a bid's in place, it's auction only.

Yup; been like that for as long as I can remember. :thumbsup:

yeah that idea sucks. because for example you have 20 listings active with a buy it now option (which costs more money to list)
and then some idiot comes along and bids 1p or something and takes off the buy it now and costs you like £10 in listing fees.
