i have been dieting now for about 6 weeks and was losing about 2 pound a week,have gone from sitting on my bum all day to doing 3 aerobics classes every week,also i go cycling,i also breastfeed and eat healthily whereas b4 i would eat all night and this week i have put on 3 pound i just dont believe it so i have just eaten loads of s**t to punish my resentful fat body,i just want to be thin again,any advice?
