Wii Fit - was thinking of going to sell on eBay...

Ok so my wii Fit just come from Tesco Entertainment about 10mins ago.So as I said to my partner if they going for crazy money on day we get,I will sell it on there and try and catch another for ourselves later on,cos £67 what I paid is a lot and if I could clear £30 it brings down the price of the 1 we buy for us.
Anyway just checked, and its loaded with them. Check out this listing, who going want 6 of them at £115 each? Thats most def a shill bidding thing going on,as seller obviously wants to sell them for £100 time 9% fees or whatever the comp games ending fee is and Paypal. listing is 110246560439

I'll not bother, keep ours, just called my partner up at work to say its here and we be keeping.

The sad thing is, people WILL buy them at that sort of price.

I've just seen two of these in the Zavvi store at Yorks designer outlet - £70

190214994393 - Reserve's probably 149.99 and he'll do an SCO

They not doing all that well on there.
I bet some people got a few dozen of them too.

Wait till the middle of next week when demand outstrips supply. People will be doing crazy bidding then.

Yes, alot of people were probably gambling on a shortage. We will know in a few days/weeks whether demand will outstrip supply. At the price of this item, I doubt it. But ya never know...

Well it is Nintendo, the company that cant even produce enough cheap tacky plastic steering wheels to fulfil demand:thinking:

I've been out shopping today and saw wii fit available in Game and HMV for £69.99. My sister bought it from a different Game to the one went to.

I really hope that there isn't a demand that is greater than supply so that these money grabbing ebayer don't profit from Nintendo's deliberate manipulation of the market. That way the consumer wins and hopefully those that are ripping people off on ebay end up selling at a loss!

yeh specially the ones who bought crazy numbers. I only bought 1 and I can think of other games we rather have, when they released, but at end of day if I could clear £30 or so,then I would, cos it made the next 1 I could get hold of cheaper as £67 I paid is more than we usually spend on comp games.
