Wii not working - Toddler has posted something in it - HELP!!

My son posted some thing/things into the wii. I turned it upside down & a 20p fell out! When I try to start a disc it makes a horrible sound so I am guessing there is something else in there. Does anyone have any idea's about what I can do???!!

You will need a tri-wing driver for it though, but yeah DO NOT use it until you have taken it to bits to remove any loose objects from it!

One of xxxxxxxxxxxxxx not recommending this seller though just as an example.

my lads killed a few dvd players and vhs players using the coin post method,

try and get the coins out then take it back if its under warrenty? if not at least you have some coins towards a new one.

Taking apart the Wii is easy, I've done it twice for other reasons. You can follow one of the many guides online, like this one youtube.com/wat…QTc

    that looks easy

Good luck taking it apart - shouldn't be too difficult. The advice above is good; don't try to play anything until you've removed all the foreign objects (kids, eh!)

Well thanks to you guys i have a working wii. Thanks so much. There was another 20p in a really awkward hole. It was like playing operation. The disk inside (Super Monkey Banana Blitz) looked gouged to ******y - but it actually woks fine.

Rep has been added to those who helped.
