Basically, I have been on paid Amazon Prime for almost 4 months (2010 december) & haven't used it ever. Will i still get the £49 back even though its been that long. Also I cancelled it yesterday on amazon and said it was succesful but I recived a email that it was confirmed that I would get it back within 2-3 working days but then I recived another email from them saying,

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed."

What does this mean, will I still get my full $49 or its saying I won, confused. Thanks;)

You should get a full refund if you haven't used it, you only get pro rata refund if you've used it even once. I cancelled mine last year after having it for 3 months and they refunded in full. Use the express help page to send them an email, in my experience Amazon usually reply within 24 hours.
