William Hill Casino

hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help. I started a William Hill Casino account, I deposited £35, and got some bonus money. Now I want to withdraw some of the winnings, but it is saying that because I had bonus money I can not withdraw it, I thin it is only letting me withdraw my initial £35.

The T&C say "Making a withdrawal may result in you losing any bonus funds and winnings in your balance. Please pay careful attention to any warning messages you receive regarding bonus funds in your balance."

Does anyone know if there is anyway I can access the money that I have won, ie do I need to bet a certain amount at all or anything?

You must turn over the bonus cash multiple times before being allowed to withdraw.

Thanks Transit, Do you know how many times, as I have been betting on the casino site quite a bit. Got £999 in the account now, and would obviously be overjoyed if I can withdraw it from the initial £35 stake.
read the t&cs! Also you may need to turn it over on certain games

"In order to claim your winnings, you must wager at least x20 your deposit and bonus amount (minimum wagering requirement)." - I am sure I have done this though. Oh well, I suppose I had better carry on betting.
Email them and ask. You may be betting on ineligible games. The minimum bet may be £10 while you bet £7.50 etc.

Only they can explain their stinking rules. You could be £10 from withdrawing or £700. Going by what you've posted you could wager £700 in an qualifying manner and walk away with £300
They exclude a lot of games, like black jack, Roulette etc, or they make them insane turnovers like x500

I expect the x20 will only be on the fruit machines, any game where the player can win with skill, like Live Blackjack etc has a hurrendous turnover amount
I may be about to upset you a lot, look at this little T+C

When receiving a bonus, the player will first play with the money deposited in the casino account, and only then will the player play with the bonus offered by the casino

so if you never used you initial deposit of real money, you have NOT even started to turn over your bonus
How did you manage to get from £35 to £999?

Cheers, I just wasted alot of money on a rubbish game, but it has not let me deposit £216 into my bank account. So not too bad from a £35 stake. Wish I was able to deposit the full £999 that I had at one point though. Thakns for your help everyone.

PS Not sure whether it will track or not, but by doing a minumum deposit of £35, you may get £50 quidco.
The problem is ther was a whole movement a few years back abusing the bonus of casino, since then they have tightened right up, most casinos now excluse all the blackjacks roulette poker etc

The Gladiator game, I ended up getting lots of free spins and a big mutiplyer, I made about £600 in a few minutes lol. Unfortunately it was not real money though.
remember mate, if you intend on doing another casino, never remove you money, as they talk to each other, and their top T+C is always "bonus abusers" will have their bovus winnings removed
The secret with these sites is if you want to make money never accept the bonuses just play with your own money and get whatever quidco/tcb you can.If you just want to have fun then go for the biggest bonuses and have fun
I recently did the same with William Hill (granted, I used the KGB £30 for a £5 deal), deposited the £10 that I needed to but they kept saying I needed to play £xxx worth before removing my winnings - I played it all through on roulette and it let me stake £10 on red/black, then 50p/£1 on 0 (as you get 36/1 odds rather than losing the £20 I staked on red/black) - think I needed to put through about 35 games at this amount - every spin I either won £20 (red/black) but went down £1, then every so often got a 0 so won the £36 and covered all the £1's I had been losing

End of the day, I waged a total of £15 and with a bit of work I took out £75 - nowhere near your winnings, but hope the general idea works for you

Next time free cash money like this comes up will you message me as im broke
I deposited £100 and received a £25 bonus. I'm now up to £300 ish using the martingale system on red/black at roulette.. betting at £1 is a time.

Hard to answer without knowing what the t+c's state. Would just be plucking a number from the sky.

Ken: Hi, you’re speaking to Ken. How may I help you?
Nik Hammond: Hi Ken,
Nik Hammond: I understand my account si subject to a minimum play restriction - how many more times do I have to bet before I can withdraw?
Nik Hammond: And how can I turn off all/any future bonuses to stop this please?
Ken: I see. Please verify first your date of birth.
Nik Hammond: 17/08/1968
Ken: Thank you for verifying. Can I take a few minutes to check our system?
Nik Hammond: No problem
Ken: Thank you for waiting., Upon checking your account it shows here you accepted our FIrst Deposit Bonus with amount of £25.00
Ken: You have a wagering requirement of £4375. You have wagered so far was £2.50.
Ken: You still need to wager £4372.50 in order to withdraw any winnings.
Ken: I can also block you from future bonuses if you want.
Nik Hammond: So really, in essence, the £25 is worthless as I have to bet for the rest of my life to claim it?
Nik Hammond: My account is £303 so you are saying I can't have that?
Ken: Yes you are correct that you have £303 in your account. But your real money is £96. Your bonus is £25 your winnings so far are £182. = £303.
Ken: 305.20 sorry.
Nik Hammond: Real money?

I was risking the real money the whole time - why can I not withdraw the winnings?
Ken: What you can see in your end is £305.20.
Ken: Please understand that as per terms and conditions of the promotion. In order to withdraw winnings you need to finish the wagering requirement first of the bonus.
Ken: So any winnings you will have after finishing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
Nik Hammond: Please turn off bonuses with immediate effect
Ken: I understand that you want to remove the bonus. But also I want to inform you that winnings will be removed as well.
Nik Hammond: I will close the account - if I cannot withdraw my winnings, it has absolutely no value to me whatseover
Nik Hammond: I do not want to withdraw the bonus. I want to withdraw my winnings of £275 ish
Nik Hammond: Sorry, £100 original stake and £175 of winnings
Ken: PLease understand that if you going to remove the bonus the winnings will be removed as well.
Ken: You can go to this link to see the terms and conditions of the bonus.
Ken: williamhillcasino.com/pro…nus
Nik Hammond: Yes, read that - what about my £175 of winnings?

You can keep the £25 of bonus - it has no value if I have to give you £4,000 to get it lol
Nik Hammond: I placed £100 of real money on my account. I risked that money on the roulette table to win £175.

I would like my £100 and my winnings.

I do not require the £25
Ken: Please understand that bonus is tied to winnings. If you do not want to play and withdraw your winnings without wagering requirements please do not accept bonus.
Ken: I am sorry to tell you but I believe I have informed you accordingly that your winnings will be removed if tne bonus will be removed.
Nik Hammond: I absolutely do not want the bonus.

See my post above -
Ken: Meaning the bonus will be removed of you do not want the bonus right?
Nik Hammond: A nice scam this then - you get to have a chance at my £100 with, literally, no risk to yourselves at all?

Is this what you mean?
Ken: Reading of terms and conditions is essential.
Nik Hammond: So I am right then?
Ken: The moment you accepted the bonus you also accepted the terms and conditions of the bonus.
Ken: We cannot override the system Nik.
Nik Hammond: No wonder you give out bonuses then if you trap clients in this way.

I shall cut and paste this conversation and spread it accross the internet, facebook, etc.

A disgusting practise.

Please close the account and refund my money - I shall take my business elsewhere
Ken: You can also have the reference number of our chat for your own reference as well.
Ken: Here is the reference number of our chat session. 151207-002915
Nik Hammond: Hope you can sleep at night Ken.

Sharks
Nik Hammond: Close the account - glad I was only in for £100 then
Ken: Just to clarify do you want to me to close it now?
Nik Hammond: **** right I do
Ken: Consider this as your first warning Nik as we do not tolerate profane language over chat.
Nik Hammond: Just close the account young man
Ken: I can now confirm that your account is closed as per your request. However please be advised that you may reopen your account any time by contacting us again.
Nik Hammond: So my £100 has been refunded to paypal?
Ken: I can make a manual withdrawal request but what your real money is at £98.2. Please also understand that when you play with the bonus you will lose your real money first and you lost £1.8 when you played in the Casino.
Nik Hammond: Ha ha ha - you make me laugh!
Ken: I am sorry to tell you but this is what I can see in your account that is what I am only informing you.
Nik Hammond: Yeah whatever - I shall punish your company with wide and far internet slagging
Nik Hammond: Please return my money asap.
Nik Hammond: Thank you
Ken: I understand and I will respect your decision regrdnig this. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Ken: You are welcome.
Nik Hammond: I think the conduct of your company is disgusting. I think you know this though as I am sure you have this conversation every single day
Ken: I understand and I acknowledge your feedback regarding this matter.
Nik Hammond: Thought so!
Ken: Can I help you with anything else?
Nik Hammond: Whewn will the money be returned please?
Ken: It will take 4 mandatory business day on processing in our end. After it got prcossed it will take 1 - 2 working days to reflect in your Paypal.
Nik Hammond: Shocked but well, another way to get an edge.

Thank you for your time. Enlightening..
