The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Dream Lodge
Ownership of a 45ft x 22ft luxury 2 bedroom fully fitted Dream Lodge (from the signature collection with a value of approximately £235k) from 1 November 2017 (the “Lodge”) and a 20-year licence of a guaranteed pitch located at Blossom Hill holiday park, Devon from 1 November 2017 (the “Term”).

The Lodge includes:
- a hot tub;
- standard decking;
- high end fixtures, including, two settees, two foot stools, a dining table with six chairs and a coffee table;
kitchen appliances, including an electric oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer;
- three televisions; and
- two beds and dressing tables.

The prize also includes the following, from the date of delivery of the Lodge to the winner’s allocated pitch location:

- pitch fees, water and sewerage costs for two (2) years. The pitch fees include grounds maintenance and land drainage;
- local authority rates for one (1) year;
- utility (electricity and waste management) costs, up to £1,800, for one (1) year; and
- property insurance (provided by the Prize Provider’s preferred insurance provider) for one (1) year.

The prize also includes construction of the Lodge to the winner’s allocated pitch location, which shall be completed by 1 November 2017.

For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes any other associated costs and expenses incurred in use of the holiday home and the above costs after the applicable periods.

Please note that the Lodge is only to be used for holiday and recreational purposes and may not be occupied as a permanent residence.

The winner will also be:
- subject to the rules of the holiday park at Blossom Hill, which are appended to these Terms and Conditions and may be amended from time to time; and
- required to enter into, and comply with, a Licence Agreement and a Purchase Agreement (together, the “Agreement”) in a form similar to those that can be found appended to these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the pitch fee is reviewed yearly by the Prize Provider and subject to change in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

During the Term, and in accordance with the Agreement, the winner may sublet the Lodge, exclusively through the Prize Provider. The Prize Provider will also take a 20% commission (plus VAT). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may not privately sublet the Lodge.

For two (2) years from delivery of the Lodge to the pitch location, the winner may not sell the Lodge. From 1 November 2019 until the end of the Term, the winner may:

- sell the Lodge to the Prize Provider at a fair market value, subject to the approval of the Prize Provider;
- sell the Lodge to a third party through the Prize Provider on a commission-free basis. The winner will bear all costs associated with the sale; or
- privately sell the Lodge in accordance with the Agreement. The winner will bear all costs associated with the sale, including paying the Prize Provider a commission of 15% (plus VAT).

At the end of the Term, if the winner has not sold the Lodge, the winner will be required to pay all reasonable costs in removing the Lodge from the pitch location.
