Terms and Conditions

One winner will receive a luxury stay for two. The prize package is as follows:
A four-night stay for two people in a choice of two standard double rooms or two twin rooms at a country-house hotel.
Guided nature walk with experienced leaders
Full-board accommodation with home-cooked breakfasts, picnic lunches and evening meals, using mouthwatering local ingredients.
Holiday must be taken between May and October 2017 excluding Easter, subject to availability.
Closing date is 23:59 hrs on the 30 April 2017. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Open to all UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents except employees and families of the Promoter and the Prize Provider, any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
No purchase necessary.
Only one entry per person. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
No cash or prize alternative(s) unless stated otherwise. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All elements of prize(s) are subject to availability. Promoter reserves the right to offer an equivalent prize or prize of a higher value.
Winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants’ details will not be passed to third parties and only used to administrate the giveaway unless entrants opt-in for additional marketing emails from the Promoter and/or the Prize Provider. The Promoter will treat all entrants’ personal details as private and confidential and will comply with the Data Protection Act and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 60 days of the closing date, an alternative winner may be drawn.
The name of the winner will be published in BBC Earth magazine. By entering, entrants agree to have their name and location published online and/or in BBC Earth magazine.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
