A dinner for two (excluding drinks) is included in the prize. The head chef, Adam Spicer, was a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, and his menu bursts with seasonal flavours – savoy cabbage stuffed with chestnuts and smoked pigeon with salt-baked beetroot among them.
