Having flown from London to the laid-back metropolis of Montréal, you’ll enjoy two nights in Canada’s second city, home to numerous festivals, a food scene that’s rightly getting a lot of attention and plenty of world-class entertainment.

The adventurous part of your trip begins after a short drive from the city, in the snowy mountainous landscape of the Laurentians.You’ll stay for two nights in the fairytale resort of Mont Tremblant, where you’ll experience the fun and excitement of a dogsled ride, and be taken on a VIP helicopter flight, during which you can fully appreciate the vast, unspoilt beauty of the Canadian interior.

Your trip wraps up with two nights to relax in the pretty little town of Montebello, in southern Québec, before heading back to the city of Montréal for your flight home.

2. Closing time and date: 2359 on Sunday 17th September 2017. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.

3. The winner and their guest must be over 18 years old and hold valid UK passports.

4. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (www.immediatemedia.co.uk/privacy-policy)


1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Immediate Media, Lonely Planet and Trailfinders, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

2. There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize is for two people and includes two return flights from London to Montréal with British Airways and six nights’ three-star b&b accommodation (two nights in Montréal, Tremblant and Montebello each), dogsledding in the rolling hills of the Québecois countryside, one-hour helicopter flight, plus transfers and five days’

self-drive car hire from Montréal. 3.

3. The maximum total prize value is £3,600 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

4. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and are subject to availability. Travel must be booked within 3 weeks of notification of winning. Travel not permitted prior to Monday 8th Jan 2018 or after Sunday 18th March 2018.

5. Prize travel is subject to Trailfinders’ and British Airways General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue frequent Avios flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Avios frequent flyer points.

6. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, QuebecOriginal, British Airways and Trailfinders make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

7. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

8. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, QuebecOriginal, British Airways and Trailfinders will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

9. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.

10. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.

11. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

12. There is no cash alternative.

13. The prize is subject to availability.

14. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, QuebecOriginal, British Airways and Trailfinders shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.

15. The prize is provided by Trailfinders and British Airways.

16. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. Winners will be notified by the prize provider by email within 28 days of the competition closing date.

18. If the prize provider can’t contact the winner within a month of the closing date, the Promoter will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.

19. You must provide your full name, address and daytime telephone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

21. You agree that if you win, the Promoter can publish your surname and county in the magazine.

22. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Traveller, Floor 5, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, London W6 7BT, within six weeks of the closing date.
