Found 27th Jul 2017
PRODUCT: aFrame
PERIOD: Once
DETAILS:
It takes a lot to impress Rhythm’s team of gear experts, but that’s exactly what happened when we got our hands on ATV’s tech-packed new aFrame, the first ‘electro-organic’ instrument of its kind.

At the heart of the aFrame is a module featuring 40 on-board percussion sounds, with space to add your own, and controls to alter pitch, volume, effect level, decay and bend in extraordinary detail. Two inbuilt piezo-mics at the centre and edge of the coated playing surface enable the aFrame to process sounds produced by a player’s bare hands using a DSP (digital signal processor) in real-time. There’s also a pressure sensor for more expressive and realistic playing – the result is one of the most innovative and dynamic percussion instruments we’ve ever played.

In this world exclusive competition you have the chance to win your very own aFrame. Included with the package is an ATV-branded carry case and a battery that will give you up to 15 hours playing time on a single charge. Interested? Enter to win today.
