eBay listing looks legit to me.

Yeah, the eBay listing is legit from the positive feedback. I have bought a Win7 OEM disc/serial like this before and it worked with no problems.

Just a note - the eBay license mentioned may be legit, however, it is an OEM license - this means that you can only ever install it on one single PC. If that PC needs a significant component replaced (e.g motherboard) that license will no longer be usable - if your PC is fairly old and may not last much longer considering spending a bit extra on a retail license
