Wireless routers - Virgin Media

I've heard that VM will/can supply you with a wireless router, is this true and how do I go about getting one?
If not, is there any particular router I'd need to go for?
Thanks in advance for any help

Think they only do it with a new contract.

Would a new contract be classed as me securing another 12mth contract? I have been out of contract since beginning of Sept

Thanks guys, I'll give them a call
I'm pretty sure I'm out of contract, and have been since Sept as that's a year since we moved and had everything transferred. Haven't added/changed anything since then.
I'm absolutely rubbish at negotiating though, would I just say I'm thinking of leaving and what can you offer me to stay, or do I need to get an idea of what sky could offer?
I've been with them for 4 yrs & don't get anything spectacular from them just the basic 3 for £30

I rang and asked when my contract was up as I was sick of their service, keep getting booted out of on-demand programmes, box randomly went through all the channels of its own accord etc, so I wanted to move, cant believe they said I had no contract but anyway they said they did not want me to leave them and what could they do to make me stay, barter ahoy, I'm happy for now. Go fort it, you have nothing to lose

You don't have to threaten to leave,I ring up every year usually to see if I am getting the best deal.Never have to argue or anything like that. You have to bear in mind that there is only so much they can offer you, they are a business after all,but I find them easy to deal with.:)
