    I think it's because some buyers have a paypal balance they want to spend, some buyers get cashback and plus points and some buyers use digital delivery items for scamming the seller.


    to be honest i think it's down to people will try scam them, if he doesn't send recorded they get a free 380£ if they send as an email they win again

    I am not sure but I remember reading something about how money is moved from stolen/dodgy Paypal accounts. Doing it this way means they don't have to transfer it using the bank details on the account. Not sure if that is what is happening here, but.. I guess you never know?

    Basically, the vouchers aren't real anyway, and the person selling them is the same person who is buying them.
