Basically i was taken on as a designer for this newspaper been there 5 years, its only written in my contract that im to work on the paper. BUT ive also been workin on a new magazine which we launched 5 months ago but my workload has snowballed for this, and im not paid nearly enough extra ontop of my salary for the paper for all the extra work im having to get done. Can i refuse to work on this magazine as ive had enough, and demand i get paid to design all the ads, all the layout and send to press. i feel like im being taken for a mug. as the mag didnt exist when i was hired and its just something extra we have started doing along the way, can i tell my boss that he can either get someone else to work on it or give me more money.
