This tool specifically.... I have the Lidl one. it has served me well. Spare blades expensive or elusive. They stock them once or twice a year & they go fast. If you buy it & they sell spares buy some when you buy the tool. You will burn the first set fast if you are cutting out bathroom tiles or doing hard work. Get the diamond tipped set. The wood cutters last ages however.

More generally I find that Aldi tools are superior to Lidl ones (which personal experience tells me usually do not last). My Lidl multitool has been good but I have had 3-4 other things that broke. Never had an Aldi tool break.

I've bought have bought from both stores and they have served me well in all my DIY jobs.

i have various aldi and lidl tools, I agree the aldi have the edge. I have a 1/2 sheet sander, the bearing went/seized, it was numbered and I was able to order 1 from eBay for less than £1.50. on stripping it down it is well made.

I wouldn't bother anymore. I had the drill £20 but the chuck was jammed so I went instore and swopped it. to my shock it was the same so they basis try another, I thought before I go home I'm going to open a pack and surprised to see same again.
left them and got my money back
your other alternative is homebase. they sell their own called Guild and they come with 2 year warranty
