I am trying to ascertain if this website is legit before I order - worldfootballshop.co.uk/ - there are only 3 reviews on Trustpilot and I can't find much on it at all

According to Google Maps this is 15 Ingestre Place in Soho. (edited)
The trust pilot reviews, written by western looking people, seem curiously written as if translated by very poor english speakers, haha.
Hi Guys, As above - I ordered a rare shirt which only they had in stock. To be honest they have a webchat who i to spoke to and said all items are genuine. Plus they do have lots of customer service details. the item I ordered took ages as it was being shipped from the US? I recieved it and it has a weird crease on the sponsor and a loose thread. EDIT - Definitely a fake..
The webchat were a little defensive of a return. I've sent back for one. I'll keep you updated.
Update - STILL trying to get a refund. They are reporting all negative reviews on Trust pilot about selling fakes.
as above their address is the same as mail boxes Soho (edited)

My order was made on the 23rd and was over £70 still have no confirmation or the wear snouts of my order 😔 Does anyone know how to contact this worldfootball shop. Or even an email address. The website keeps shutting down on my phone. And I am livid that the money has been taken from my bank !!
Well, you can't really can you, Robyn. The site has gone. I don't suppose the retailers WILL be contactable now. Depending on how you paid, you need to start proceedings with your bank/card provider to see if you can get a refund for a fraudulent transaction. If credit card, possible Section 75 - if debit card, then a chargeback might be possible. A Google session can garner you plenty of info. Have a read:
Usually, an investigation needs to take place. Even though the WFS site has gone, your provider sometimes asks you to try and contact them. Even though they aren't there, you still have to try. They may also ask you to wait a certain time for goods to arrive beyond their "due" date - or wait for a reply from the retailer - which; obviously; won't happen - but you still have to wait and see. Or, you might be lucky and they already know of this company and have heard from other victims and automatically process a refund. It does happen.
Looking at others experiences can also gain valuable info. From Trustpilot, it appears that WFS had an Email address of:
so there's a start. You can also access a Google cache page for the site HERE where you can view what was their 'business' address:
15 Ingestre Place, Soho, London, W1F 0DU,UK.
Of course, as it was suggested - this address was just a "Mailbox" address so not an actual business premises. That's another MO for scam companies...
Good luck Robyn. I hope you can have some success in getting your money back. Do stop by again and let us know how you get on.
Kind regards, Phsy. (edited)
It would appear that worldfootballshop .co .uk have now set up as worldfootballshop.net
Same contact details as mentioned above. I notice the "message" at the top of the site regarding Covid delays. I would take a guess that the .co.uk site became such a negative 'draw' that they've closed it down and set up the .net site (Registered 05 Jan 2021) to carry on trading.
As to legitimacy - too many reviews citing "fake" and "counterfeit" so I'd be inclined to give them a big old thumbs down - unless; like some say; you don't care if they are fake goods as they are cheap!
The address is a mailbox - not sure how that works, but Google the address.
I'm pretty confident this site is sketchy after a bit of research, as mentioned the address is for the company Mailbox. Another alarm bell, I am looking for a rare football top which is sold out everywhere and they are showing full stock!? I am not 100% sure its fake but the signs aren't good. It's a very well put together site!

Agreed, I steered clear in the end. Thanks for the research!
This site is legit. I bought my football shirt off there, delivery takes a long time but it did arrive. they did remove the cost of postage too.

After 2 weeks I emailed, they replied and on day 17 mine was posted from Bradford? I received on day 22. I ordered the 19/20 Liverpool new balance football shorts. I was sent white writing not gold, red shorts with Nike logo a different colour to the top. Not what I ordered. I emailed and was offered £10 off or to post back and they would refund. I stated I am not happy to pay postage, there was a debate as there fully aware shorts are not what I ordered. EDIT I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. (edited)
Stay clear of world football shop, I was a sold fake Barcelona kit for my son, paid 41 quid aswell, poor communication and took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.
I read these comments and got worried my kit cos I had bought a Man United top from them which took about 2 weeks, My top looked fine but I took it to the club shop anyway and the club shop took it in the back and told me it was 100% real so I am not sure if you are all right about them... that's my experience anyway
I haven't got a bargepole but if I had one I wouldn't touch this company with it. As well as not having a bargepole, I haven't got my order from this company either. The order is always going to arrive "next week". It's like that joke sign you see in pubs "free beer tomorrow". I'm £50 in the hole and will never see that again, nor the shirt I ordered.
I should have seen the red flag when I saw their address was Soho London. And now I see it's a virtual address.

I'm from Lisburn and I'm pretty sure they do not operate here, I'm currently having a return problem with these guys as my new northern ireland top is below standard it has plucked threads and u can see like an orange thread on the edge of the badge where it has been stiched to the top which is a green thread. Iv only had it 2 weeks and they are telling me that they can't refund or exchange because its too late but they have offered a 30 pound credit to me which is not really the point here all I want is a non defective top to be exchanged, but by offering a credit of 30 quid means they make more money out of me rather than losing

Was just looking into this myself as I wanted to buy a couple of football shirts. Will stay clear. Sounds very dodgy & fake.
glad i checked them out first. was going to buy the new Celtic top as its 10 pounds cheaper but i think i will just pay the 60
They're selling fakes.
They're selling a short sleeve version of the new Arsenal goalkeeper top and that doesn't even exist as I emailed the Arsenal official store customer service and they told me first hand.
Also reading the reviews from others in this thread kind of confirms that.
Plenty of decent websites to get jerseys - I pay around £15 and they are near enough identical.
I’ve bought shirts from the us shop when on holiday in the states I wonder if that’s where they come from hence long delivery times,,
How is this thread still going. The website sells FAKES. How can anybody still be duped? And yes, the person saying they received a genuine man Utd shop is obviously a liar as he joined just to say it.
How do I get in touch with this company to request a refund? The webpage doesn’t seem to work & the email just bounced back. Lesson to be learn: research companies before buying!!!

On the new website with the .net address, under t’s&c’s Privacy Policy shows...All of the above is to meet Hong Kong laws and legislation, which again doesn’t make any sense.
I'm still waiting on my 2 CELTIC TOPS. I ordered in December but haven't heard anything back from them. 103.99. I got my money back and went and got the CELTIC Tops from JD Sports. Raging though
