Would Boots give me a refund?

I bought a skin care set today (moisturiser, eye cream, toner) and it came boxed. I paid £8.99 for it and it was on special offer reduced from £12.99.

I just got back from Tesco and they are selling it at an introductory offer of £3.99.

Boots won't accept returns for cosmetics but doesn't mention skincare - anyone know if they would accept a return on this item?

Thanks

Well it is all sealed up and I can't see anything about skincare not being returnable although they don't make it very clear.

If they don't accept it back I will have to stick it on eBay I guess.

thats a good wee saving buying it from Tesco:thumbsup:

Go Boots tomorrow and act normal as if you expect a refund. They will explain to you if its a "NO" ........... Then you act surprised..... O' REALLY????:w00t:
No face lost...............

Kimbyann - this sounds like a potential deal in its own right - care to post?

Can you let us know what set you bought?
