Would Getting a Revolut Account Effect My Credit Score/Rating?

Hi! Sorry if this is a stupid question I'm just a naive student learning my way through the world. I have a Monzo account and looking to open up a Revolut one too. Monzo doesnt affect credit score but does Revolut? In the terms and conditions it states

By agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy, you agree that we may carry out such credit search in the knowledge that it may leave a footprint on your credit history

Which has got me confused. Can anyone shed light on this? Thank you.
