Would you buy a watch from ebay ,from a seller with low feedback

I'm after a casio edifice watch and when trawling through ebay a lot if sellers have a low feedback even 1. which to me would be suspect and on a couple of occasions i have messaged the seller asking if it's genuine with no reply

no dont buy lots of fake sellers on ebay ask for receipt or proof of purchase

    Of course they are genuine.

    Genuine clones.

Ive bought a few used watches off ebay, all were fine....but its the same with everything, if you dont buy new , you take a risk....its up to you.

No. I would never do it.
There is a reason they have low feedback and there is a reason you don't get a response.
If you do you probably going to have a bad time:)
    Just not worth it.

If you are looking for genuine items, STAY AWAY FROM EBAY...

What watch are you looking for? Have you looked on Creation Watches and Sky Watches? I can recommend both.

Everyone has to start with zero feedback. Maybe they got the watch for Xmas. As always though, be wary and ask all the questions you can. If you do buy you are protected via PayPal.

If they cannot be bothered to answer a genuine question about what they are selling, what does common sense tell you to do?

I bought a watch of a seller with 100% positive feedback, still turned out to be fake

i find that even ebay seller with high feedback can be dodgy as it is difficult to leave negative feedback on ebay.

so definately avoid anyone with low feed back. i tend to go for ones with at least 99% positive feedback and i still find them less than desirable.

Exactly this, best answer here. Also with PayPal buyer protection you have 45 days to raise a claim if you are not satisfied with a product/service. A lot of people lose out here when buying presents for Xmas/bday etc because by the time the day comes if there's a problem you are out of that period and have to rely on the seller being genuine.

I would ask them if it has an authentic certificate
Or a barcode that can be checked
    Otherwise it is probably fake

So they have low feedback and haven't replied and you have to ask?
    Go ahead.

    NOPE
