I was talking to CHAT LINE of one of the BB providers that offer discount for existing customers.
But because in 3 months I might not be existing customer I asked them what will happen TWICE.
While I was waiting for the response from representative - I have started to look trough T&C.
Virtually at the same time I received 2 informations:

1) agent: you only need to be existing customer at the signing for BB contract and then nothing will change

2) T&C - one you will stop being customer - your discount will go away



Would you take chance of going with agent advice?

Anyone has experience?

Information provided stands, even if the agent is mistaken, they have to honour what you've been told. All calls (and chats) are logged. Use it to your advantage
