I've never had a kitchen fitted before, but we decided to see what Wren Kitchens could offer On our initial visit the lady quoted a ball park figure for units and appliances of £5,000, as they were offering a 20% discount on units for the next few weeks.
After we returned to the store to meet the designer, the prices quoted increased to £6500 plus £3000 fitting. I asked about the discounts advertised and she said the quoted figure already included the discounts. At this point I became a bit sceptical on whether there actually were any discounts at all. So I asked her for a written quote with a breakdown of the costs for all the items. She said she couldn't provide that unless I put down a 10% deposit.
Has anyone else bought from Wren, are their discounts actually real, do they ever have a genuine sale, or do they just have this permanent discount thing like DFS do?
