Hi All,
Ordered a XBOX laser from Them on Thur 11th paid for NWD delivery, got nothing so far, no reply to emails phone goes to voice mail.
Anyone dealt with these folks or have any suggestions? I Paid by C/C.
Have been informed that unless your purchase is over £100.00 for a single item the C/C co will not refund?
Site looks real though?

Regretably, due to a major blunder by British Telecom, we are currently without a internet/communication connection. Despite continuous chasing and new deadlines passing, they still cannot confirm when our connection will be back to normal operation!
As a result, we are unable to access our invoicing/cart system and are having to process all orders manually, this may cause some further delays, but we aim to process them as quickly as possible!
Our sincere apologies to all of our customers for the delays caused due to this problem, thanks for your patience!

Well it was only £26.00. My CC Provider said the purchase must be over £100.01 B4 they can act?? When I questiond this they sited some consumer credit act of 1975??.

The money is not great i know but what really bugs me is the non response to many emails to them and none of which were replied to.
So what if they "have technical isuues due to a major blunder by BT"

They can use another pc at a different location and access their accounts??

Sorry, but I can't think of anything if your Credit Card provider won't 'do' anything.
If it was me I'd be badgering them like hell to do something.

Their new address actually exists and is the correct postcode, however, this address was or still is a working farm. They suffered really badly during the last foot and mouth crisis and it may well be the farms outhouses were opened up to businesses as a lot of farms in this area did.

They are situated in a very rural area so I wouldn't jump to too many conclusions although as you say they really should have accessed another computer to contact their customers. Seems a bit strange.

what CC did you use ?
I had a similar problem with a mobile phone battery. Contacted Egg (my CC) they reimbursed me. Several days later the battery arrived. Serves them right for shoddy service.

I bought a SHOCK Case for my DS Lite case from them a few weeks ago and it arrived without incident - I had issues fitting it (bannana hands!) and I sent it to them late last week after an email to tech support made me decide to hand over to the pros. It arrived there Monday (I have POD) and I did not hear anything, so I emailed the guy I had been dealing with and got the following auto-reply;

Due to stock taking, our office will be closed between the 12th and 16th of november. Normal business will resume on the 19/11.
Please accept our apologies for any inconveniece caused.

Give them untill next week I would - hope this helps. If not I have lost 20.00 squids of case and 90.00 squids of DS!

UPDATE: I phoned there landline this morning (16/11) and there was a recorded message in line with the above.

UPDATE:

Andy from PS2Laser has just got back to me with an apology for the delay and a quote.

I have pointed him to this forum and thread and asked if he could look into mr keys order.
