(fixed, thanks)
Yep, but if I didn't mention them I'd undoubtedly end up with replies about their omission.
I tried
After all, surely this is analogous to PS+/GWG posts, which explicitly do belong in Deals? (edited)
Only Killer Instinct has achievements out of the PC games.
I tried to raise this in the feedback thread. It was ignored. They do what they want.
No it’s not a deal. It’s information, hence why it’s in the discussion thread.
Can you materially differentiate these from updates to the PS+/GWG catalogues?
Sharing a 'deal' is also sharing information, FWIW.
Sharing a deal is sharing information but sharing information is not necessarily a deal. The ps+/gwg posts are also not deals. Three wrongs don’t make a right.
Fair enough. The thing is, PS+/GWG updates have been explicitly deemed to belong in Deals.
I'm guessing that you don't currently subscribe to any of the services in question here? (edited)
Yes actually, I subscribe to all of them, well I have ultimate game pass and ps+. I bought them all on actual deals £33 for ps+ and I think 6 months of ultimate for about £12 with the conversion deal. I receive push notifications for Xbox and emails for PlayStation with the ongoing information about games added etc. Have ps+ and gwg been confirmed as deals since the new rules took effect? Because if they are then it’s obviously just to appease the regular ‘experts’. (edited)
Apologies then for the mistaken assumption.
Yep, under the new rules, the FAQs explicitly call out PS+/GWG update posts as belonging in Deals.
Well I mean that’s just hypocritical bull****. It’s probably the only new rule that made sense and that exception is clearly just to keep dummies in prams
