Xiaomi devices on eBay

What do you guys think of buying xiaomi devices on eBay from UK sellers rather than gearbest/aliexpress? Yes its a bit more expensive (around £145 for the Xiaomi redmi 3s) but I thought it would be better than buying outside of the UK as often, Xiaomi is put out of question due to import tax etc. Haven't seen many people (if any) discuss the eBay route, what's your thoughts?

I'd go with ibuygou (2 year warranty) or aliexpress top-one or hongkong goldway, I believe Aliexpress now include a 1 year warranty with a 3rd party company (the warranty group).

ibuygou doesn't have very good customer feedback from what I've seen, although they would be a good option.

I only buy from sellers with stock in the UK. Do not want to wait several weeks for an expensive item and risk having to pay import duty. Also easier if there is a problem.

I did get one a while back when eBay did that random discount thing made it cheaper than buying from China actually.
You'll not pay customs and get it quicker.
Just make sure the seller isn't actually drop shipping, check the delivery estimate sometimes it's mysteriously similar times as if it came from China.
