    they usually bang on stating its the banks fault - have had this before with Asda when they have taken too much for groceries from us - shocking. I would keep ringing them - and try and speak to a supervisor if you have not done so already. Not sure if you can speak to the bank and do a reversal?? GL with it.

    I spent 2 hours talking with these customer service people when they robbed from me also. Spoke to supervisor who was as useless as the other muppets. I've written a letter of complaint but am not holding my breath.
    I'm avoiding them like the plague now. I had to call the bank to sort it out. Even though Asda said they had not taken money out, but it had magically disappeared from my account
    Did you know that even none perishable goods are 'picked' on the day of delivery and if its not in stock, it's tough. No phone call no nothing. Utterly useless
