Some do yes, mine has a SIM card in it so texts if the alarm goes off

I have a slightly older version of this:

We have the Yale Smart Living Home Alarm Kit SR-320 and are pretty happy with it. Wireless sensors, bell box (loud!) and key pad, smart box connects to router, app for our mobiles to remotely set or unset alarm, e-mail notification, SMS notification (chargeable), user accounts (so can set different codes for different people), good access to system settings (to customise).

HTH.
I have had mine for 2 years now and unfortunately the bell box stopped working and the dial pad is going funny at times because the sensors don't reply back! All batteries are fine
