    yodel complaint address and phone number wanted

    hi has anybody got a phone number for complaints to yodel or postal address please this really is the worst delivery company ever

    If it's regarding the recent delays, all delivery companies have delays, so if it was shipped another method, you would be complaining about that too. If it has been just a few days, no need to complain.

    got my delivery today after 8 days ! guess they've been busy !

    Can't get much worse than Yodel apart from Yodal at Christmas. Have you checked your bin for the package?

    I am waiting for a parcel collecting they were supposed to collect Wednesday so took a day off work unpaid they didnt turn up rang company yesterday asking why and she said that I wasnt the first to tell her that thy hadnt turned up so she rang and they told her they tried but they didnt I was in all day that is not the first time they have lied with regards to calling so they were supposed to collect today yet again took another unpaid day off work and yet again not turned up I did have a delivery from them today and asked if he was supposed to collect he looked at me like I was ftom another planet been on live chat and they no help just told me that it takes time to arrange for a parcel collection as they have to take time out of deliveries

    Remember Yodel have to attempt delivery for most parcels or at least record that they have so now that they have ridiculous quantities of parcels to deliver e.g 250 parcels is alot they don't actually attempt but put something on their system machine to say they have otherwise they get fined by Yodel. So chances are the tracking is sending you on a wild goose chase!

    I had left with neighbor once and I laughed so much I cried - our house is the only house here with not a single neighbour in sight except for dog hut! oO:D

    I'm with t-mobile, not sure about all 08 prefix, but I do know the main ones (0800, 0845,0844) are included as part of the minutes - should be the same with EE.

    I actually did call yodel today regarding my missing delivery, somehow it was tracking as attempted delivery when there was no sign of anyone attempting to deliver!

    Use an app called WeQ4u, and u won't be charged silly money for those numbers, it comes off your mins allowance.

    Also, if you are put into a queue, you can hang up and they ring back when the call is answered (saving YOU more mins!)

    Look on your play/app store for it and have a read.

    Complain on Twitter. I've complained twice on there & they're so scared about other people reading negative feedback they'll sort you out pretty quickly.
