Your help!

I'm after all your help.
I've had the same mobile for about 18 months (G800) and i'm now looking to get a new one, probably a c905 (1 of the new ones so hopefully wont have any of the problems!).

I've been looking around and it seems that these thieving bar stewards now only offer 18 or 24 month contracts (if you want a new phone!!!)
If this is true, when did thsi start????

I do not want a 24 month contract so i was wondering what contracts you guys have got and if anybody knows of any good 18 month contracts (with a new phone - c905).

I'm currently on O2's simplicity 30 day rolling contract with 1200 mins, 1000 texts and free w/e calls for 30 a month.
I've also been told that i'm gonna have to pay between 40 and 45 quid a month

I wouldn't mind less minutes (although i ran out last month), but i don't want to pay over 40 if i can help it.

Any ideas please?

They do 12 months! I h8 longer as:

1. Well you get bored with it after a year.
2. They tend to not last longer then a year if you use it a lot.

If you already have a contract they sould honour 12 months if you say you will go else where. Vodafone did and I got the samsung jet.

I got my C905 from o2 for free for an 18 month contract, £25 a month contract, 600 minutes, 1000 texts and free web bolt-on
