Not sure I've heard anyone ever use this word.

Nope, never heard of it.
I prefer Covfefe.
Just means they are cracked and volatile.
Is that when they shake and fall down
I thought it meant when one of them actually manages to his/her ass out of bed before lunchtime...!!!
And of course a new condition 'Selfitis'. Personally I think Selfititus sounds so much better.
I saw that story on the BBC website and it was the first time I've ever seen or heard of the word as well.
So is it the definition of "word of the year" to make up a new word, or publicise a little known word in the hope that people will start using it, thereby validating the influencing power of your petty organisation? Bloody buffoons. Youthquake indeed!
