Has anyone had any experience in fixing this issue. I have been sent alot of holiday pics/videos but some have come up zero kb and won't let me download them. I had them resent to me but have the same issue. Have tried restarting the iPhone 12 Mini but didn't do anything. Was going to offload the app in settings next to see if that does anything unless anyone else knows a good fix?
