Had this problem for 3 days now, when Wi-Fi is on I get a network error and I can only use the app running off my data connection.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
The source IP of your wifi is blacklisted. Maybe it woz you wot hacked HUKD last weekend?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?.
Yep, reinstalled the app still won't work from my home wifi. Works fine when connected to my vpn so my ip must be the problem.
Try turning off your router for 5 mins, you'll get assigned a new ip

Same, I'm still waiting for a response.
I was also speaking to support via email but they have stopped responding as well.
Really weird.. when using a browser to connect to the site it always asks me to fill in the capta code if I select use desktop mode as an option. If desktop mode is not selected then it goes straight into the site.

Like the rest on here it started happening a few days ago for no reason.

The problem is back for me also, I'll install the file you sent me.
Started happening again. I've got a feeling it's something to do with Cloudflare as that now always asks me to complete a CAPTCHA on a browser when I select desktop mode but not on the other mode.

It won't solve the issue for you, but it'll help us to understand what's happening so we can fix it asap

Can you also let me know which broadband provider you're using?

  • install the APK by overwriting the previous version of hotukdeals - email me once you've done this and include your username in the Email Subject
  • Try again and use the app while connected to your WiFi
  • You will likely see the error in the app
  • Then switch to data, or another WiFi where you can use hotukdeals as normal

Once we have a bit more info, we should have this sorted quickly.
