Or the system thinks that certain characters mean the end of a link.

Can we please get rid of the censoring for ebay and tinyurl, even if just for misc.

Such a nazi way of preventing links.

The pipe character is an unsafe character within URLs:

ietf.org/rfc…txt

While not always a problem it can be depending on how people parse the information. Encoding would likely resolve the problem.

Agreed, what would be a trivial style sheet change.

This has been fixed. As for making the links bold, I've passed the request on to the higher ups.
