Yes that should be fine - as long as there is no charge for the actual item and its purely postage and packaging costs then that sort of freebie is permitted in MISC. When you say 'loads of boxes' are we taking normal home owner quantities rather than 100's for example ? Just double checking.

Well it was from boffer, it was 480 batteries (but some have gone), but what I have left is 9 boxes of 40. I would not be splitting, just getting rid of 9 boxes of 40, wouldn't want packing costs, would only want the money for RM Standard Parcels @ £~4.50. Won't be splitting individually (so 9 lots not millions of singles), just as it's coming upto christmas then it could help people out and I need to get rid of them.
Just otherwise they will be getting binned, which is ashame as people could use them, and it's really bad for the enviroment and I really would [refer not to do that.

Yeah that would be fine in MISC, thanks again for checking first.

Ok, well I'll start the thread later to gain interest and a list of who wants them, as I'm only home wednesday till sunday so need to get them all sent off then. Won't take postage payment till I'm at home with the actual items though.

Thanks for clearing it.
