Oh dear ..... thats awful! Hope it all gets sorted out soon yvette

Maplin always seems to be in a state of chaos.
Last year we wanted two items and couldn't find them on display, so went to the order desk. The computer screen showed them in stock, so the assistant went to look at the display, although I told him they were not there. So we had to order them and wait 2 days but when we picked up the order, each package included 1 of the same item.
They had no idea when the missing product would be available.
My son has had a similar experiences so we don't shop there any more either.

You should buy things like that from one of the Computer shops...

Thanks for that. I will look there in future.
Good news is I got my duplicate charge back today. However I have not heard anything about the email I sent customer services. Or on the testing of the dvdwr.
