yes it is what negative feedback is for

I'd say no it's not, as people have the right to change there mind and all that's gonna happen is he or she will just give you negative feedback in return, and things will just get really petty and immature.
Just try selling your item again, it's not like you're out of pocket due to listing fees etc.

im pretty sure its against the rules on here to back out of a deal, and for example you can't bid on something on ebay and then change your mind can you.

You can cancel bids on ebay anytime before the end of the auction. The buyer may have found the item elsewhere for a better price.

More than a week..negative feedback.

As above, feedback is applicable only where a trade has been agreed within the thread and payment made.

If a member has reneged upon an agreed deal, please report the thread for review. Whilst we can't enforce the trade, we can however apply our trading rules which prohibit this sort of speculative punt.

If that was aimed at me for tekken 6, then it's already been paid for.

so wrong!

OP, If you leave negative feedback because someone has said they will buy something and ignores you, then the only thing that will happen is the feedback will get removed and you will get a suspension for a day or two. Feedback is supposed to reflect the experience of two people who have taken part in a sale or trade.

The correct procedure has been listed earlier. See my post above for further details.
