I've had this come up about 5 times today.

think it means the server was not listening(could have been too busy)
port 80 is the port that the server "listens to" or expects to receive from a Web client, assuming that the default was taken when the server was configured or set up. A port can be specified in the range from 0-65536 on the NCSA server. However, the server administrator configures the server so that only one port number can be recognized. By default, the port number for a Web server is 80. Experimental services may sometimes be run at port 8080

there getting ready to ban you dino, they testing how you react to short spells away first lol

That would be a shame, but I'm sure I'd get over it. :giggle: :giggle: :giggle:

I get it too dinosteveus. The solution is to clear your bbthread_lastviewed cookie.

Ummmmm, didn't we talk about this about 8 months ago?:?
Anyway, I'll be doing that, cheers Admin

Yeah I actually thought it has been fixed. It seems to be related to our load balancer and truncating cookie info or something. Apparently it is only happening to the extremely heavy users like yourself where the lastview cookie field gets really long so I don't think it is happening to many users other than the ones that hopefully read these kind of threads

damn, doesn't happen to me...must browse faster ;o)
