Just checked it out and found this:

The problem is almost always user error so please contact as an absolute last resort. Please also note that, if you have a login reminder sent, you MUST use the password in the latest reminder sent to you. Any previous passwords will not work.If you really have tried everything and still can't login with your latest password, please forward your username and new password to us and we will investigate.

Also, are you sure you're using the same e-mail address you signed up with?

No doubt I've messed up somehow. Don't think I've used wrong email. My method of recording web registrations is to write 'em down on paper as I do 'em. It's the only way when you've got a memory like a sieve. Still don't know what to do.

Sent details and requested the email sent to me also. Again it didn't work. No email - completely stuck!

no I can't. this is what I'm saying.

Ah I see, it's not accepting your name and e-mail address combination?

Original Poster

Just tried another email address, it wouldn't accept that. But it does recognize the registered email address and tells me it's sent an email, but I don't receive one.

If you have one set up, have you checked your spam folder?

Original Poster

It's hotmail

Does Hotmail auto spam or trash suspected spam?

Original Poster

err..good question. Only email I've had from quidco was the authentication.

Did you click on the link to activate your QuidCo account?

I was using firefox on my other pc at the time so I had to paste. I'm now using IE, cookies allowed. Don't think it filters spam.
Mind you I did make a bit of a pigs ear of the authentcation and clicked on the link several times more. Would that make a difference? I'm quite happy to register again from scratch, but not sure if this is possible/allowed.

If you received the authentication e-mail, I can't see why you wouldn't get further e-mails arriving in your inbox.

If you haven't made any click throughs and earned cashback, I should think you could sign up again...
