Dont worry i understand now, but how come its GMT - 5hours?

I'm not sure how to fix the time. I thought I had it fixed but now I see that it's different whether you are logged out or logged in and the front page to the forum seems to be different times too.

Kind of confusing. I'll have to spend some time on the problem yet.

youve got to set the system timezone in the phpbb2 forum admin, under the general admin/configuration "tab"
if that doesnt fix it you will need to set the correct time on the servers system clock,

U Genius! cheers mate!

i think this info should be made a sticky?

i think having the right times on the forums is very important, as say for instance someone posts an offer and says theres only 3 hours left for this offer, if the time is completely wrong on the forum, people will have no idea when exactly the offer expires...

Brillliant thanks jcat

I'm 100% sure it's wrong.. maybe about time you change
