Click the link to the page and Store locator is just above there on site. Try opening full desktop site and not the mobile one. And yes everyday this week and next till 30th.
Now I know why the Doughnut is not getting HOT
Have it everyday till 30th Aug.
1 free doughnut per day means I'll not need to spend a penny WRONG I'll have to join a boot camp to take the pounds off that I piled up eating 7 doughnuts you need to see me after eating 7 d'nuts
Now I need to have a free gym entrance to make it fully freebie....
You just need to jog in fresh air and don't need to stress yourself looking for free gym
and they serve them HOT in Happy Hours
don't tempt me.....
and if jogging accomplished the desired effect gyms wouldn't exist...
Intermittent fasting is all you need.... you'll be able to eat as many donuts as you like for 5 days a week and it won't make any difference.

Heat from me.
Thanks for trying to help me come back to this type of life style...
the 1st link doesn't work and
Sikhs don't believe in fasting just healthy eating which is correct for the environment and your self....
I am just trying to get people to think before endulging in eating just because it is free.... it is not worth it.....
One free Donut should make your day then. Just don't eat anything else
Hey,
The first link works for me. I'm on a laptop though, I presume you're on a smart phone?!
The direction I pointed you in doesn't really involve proper fasting, it's about limiting your calories for 2 non-consecutive days a week. Women can have up to 500 calories and men 600 on the 'fast' days. You'll be surprised what you can eat for that but certainly no donuts during those days. The science behind it is that this course of action lowers your growth hormone levels and allows your body to repair itself instead of having to constantly digest food (which is the most labour-intensive process that your body undergoes). It's not just for dieting, that's merely one of the benefits. It has a whole host of medical benefits, such as elimination of diabetes, some of the cancers, dementia, etc. I've been doing it for the past few months and it's great. I don't need to lose weight but if you read the forums, and from friends/acquaintances that I know who are doing it, after a few weeks the excess fat just drops off and you return to your original blueprint. It's sweeping the UK and now it's sweeping the US.
I agree though, healthy eating is the way forward. You can still eat healthily and limit your calories for 2 days a week though to give your body a chance to repair its damaged cells. It also saves a trip to the gym at least and all the money that comes with a gym membership. Obviously you can't drop exercise but walking for 30mins a day is just as good, if not better, than punishing your heart and muscles at the gym.

Errgh ok, thanks for your penny's worth
Probably because other donuts are not sweet enough ?(_;)
Hi 1) I am on LT as well
2) I must admit I didn't read it just the title made me make my assumptions a bit like judging the book by it's cover, if you got my drift. Thanks for the uptake on bit more info on what the site is all about. Modern diets have been the biggest contributor to what wo/man is suffering with the likes of Diabetes and Heart problems. As Healthy diet is concerned Asian diet included the Ghee(Purified Butter) it is eaten in abundance back in India because they can handle it but now they are also looking to cut down on it. So healthy eating of one sort or another is encouraged.
3) Why Sikhs do not believe in Fasting (Let me clear this from start Sikhs believe in Live and let Live so this statement was in no way to tell other religious what or not to believe just what anyone who follows the Sikh philosophy is not allowed in any sort of ritualistic living) Sikhs believe in perfect harmony with nature and eating healthy and keeping fit but to punish your body for the sake of pleasing God is considered a Sin. This goes back to India when holy men since time have been practicing fasting of one sort or another to please different Gods(Sikhs believe in One God Only). You can read of different beliefs into Fasting here including of Sikhism. It includes verses from the Sikhs Holy Scriptures explaining the Spiritual reasons behind it
agree with ur statement
BTW is that your cat in the picture, reminded of my cat.....
Uh oh, you're right... It's still close enough for me though lol
Dear Miss Bevan,
Did you mean cholesterol ? lol. Perhaps if you spent less time preaching, you'd have more time to learn to spell? I'd say most people on this site are grown adults. A little bit less condescending next time perhaps ?
