This is basically the highly rated XH90 from 2020. Additional £140 to extend warranty to 5 years which I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Not yet, hopefully this winter! Everything else is fine, quick operating system, not had any problems with mine. It's fantastic image, bargain got my 55 for £668 about 4 months ago

BigJmac1982

So it still doesn't have allm or vrr?

craiger082

It's the same TV, just different stand position. Update is ment to be in winter, great TV, I use my ps5 with it. Looks great! Lovely bright panel an colours

4K/120hz is apparently quite blurry from the reviews I watched, but that was for the XH90 series. Cannot find any info on the XH92. Regarding VRR and ALLM, website says end of 2021 for one and later for another.

Was hoping to get a new Sony 75 for this price

Yes, weird. I wrote LG CEO to consider launching 75” panels. Guess in my case I simply don’t have physical space for those 2 extra inches in my living room, otherwise I would have gladly gone for existing 77” version.

ldx00

Not sure why but they only seem to do 77.could never quite work out why that was, but above 70, the sizes overall seem to go a bit weird (eg 77 for OLED and 82" for LCD)

morcef

I am still waiting to see a 75” OLED from LG. I will be the first to buy it.

Trevisparky

Yip the jump to 75” can be some leap in the price.

ldx00

It has been cheaper. I've seen generally that between the 9005 and 9505 there is a 50% difference of you compare cheapest to cheapest and between the 65 and 75 is about 300 again, considering cheapest to cheapest, so it is quite a leap.

I bought tablet, no issues with ordering and superfast delivery. Don't think there is any difference what provider you are using, it's just a link to samsung site.

Can anyone actually buy anything from the employee discounts website. I have access through blue light card and xexec. I’m trying to buy the 32 inch m50a monitor and for some reasons any card i use, still results in the following error?

backllem

Correct decision, at least you can mute it whenever you want. Plus you don’t get headaches.

montana78

They have these on. Display in currys. I think the picture is way improved over last years model.. also has freesync

Yep... my initial budget was 800... I need to cool down a bit.

Mikey123

Looks decent but I think you should maybe just wait until the day or even the run up to black Friday... Don't think you're in THAT much of a hurry. Both may drop again

Liang

actually I just saw this one: https://www.costco.co.uk/Electronics-Security/Televisions-Projectors/Televisions/LG-82UP80006LA-82-Inch-4K-Ultra-HD-Smart-TV/p/361040 120hz... that is what I care

Liang

I think you are right, could not see that one in watford store, probably sold out even before the offer.

barchelsea

Definitely go for a ride, Edinburgh is beautiful :D

Yeah, I'm sure people could find a better TV at about £1900 than the Sony as well :D (That's roughly 30% more in price, like the Sony compared to this TV)

tom6195

an older tv mind you

Liang

maybe the extra features are worth that much: Refresh Rate120Hz Connectivity4 x HDMI (4 x 2.1)(eARC HDMI)

Mikey123

So you think a £400 more expensive TV is better? (y)

It was a joke on the megahertz typo

long-time-lurker

There are lots of industries where companies do exactly that... 8K TVs for example... No content and on some sizes you actually cant see the difference at viewing ranges. Plenty of Joe Public would by an iPhone with a 4K screen not knowing that it makes zero difference as its not humanly visible

Bargainhead

Yes your right all these companies spend millions getting faster fps so no one will benefit from it lol..

ultimation

The eye can't see above 30MHz

macamask

same, I have a 2018 LG OLED, HDMI 2.0 and the 60hrz is absolutely fine, though I'm moving console to older LG LCD 4k so it is just as well.
