I bought the iOTA One from Amazon as the Deal of the Day earlier this week (£129.99), and now I’ve just seen this, so don’t know what to do. Should I return the iOTA one and get this instead for £50 more ? I just want something for basic web browsing, emails, Facebook, blogging etc. This seems better spec than the iOTA One. However I’ve got a limited budget.

I needed a printer which would be reliable but I saw it had some features that would make life easier. Dealing with people who still use faxes and physical documents is rather annoying. So when scanning this printer will scan a large amount of papers all in one go and make them into a PDF. Can also copy them with one press of a button. Previously it was one piece of paper at a time, very time consuming. Also it scans and prints in a higher quality than my previous printer. So I would say this would be ideal for people who will use the extra features or even a home office. But if you are just printing and nothing else I think you may find value elsewhere.

Nice find, heat added.

In response to comments made about the cost of the Toner, Drum, etc. I have already got a similar Multi-function colours laser printer for home use (3 users) and if you could use up the Toners that are supplied when you buy the product within a year, you must be doing some major printing. And on the drum with home use would last for years. So if you are considering a Multi-function colours laser printer take advantage of the price and dive in.

Good price if you just want a printer, but IMO for something you might have for up to 5 years, I would try to get something with a scanner. There are very basic printer+scanner models (e.g. Canon Pixma from Currys atm) that cost around £30 mark.

I have the virtual cockpit on my 2016 A3 S-line which is brilliant. The satnav takes me around the houses a bit for some reason but having 95% of the dashboard screen as a satnav is great. My favourite bit of technology is talking to the car to send text messages and seeing my inbox on the smaller pop up screen.

Dealers will always give better discount on HP or PCP than cash. Not really for leasing unless you do it on the manufacturers lease plan. It has been that way since the first time I worked in the motor trade 12 years ago. Probably a lot longer.

We've used 30-40 of these in our offices over the past two years, we are heavy users, we use them until the drum is dead, given the cost and reliability of compatible toners available we've found these to be the best bang for buck available. We prefer these to the usual office makes like Oki and Xerox etc... Cracking printers... Occasionally you'll get a dud cartridge but it's easy to reset the cartridge, plenty of guides online.
