After all who cares how they look . It’s a running shoe. Function first. And functionally these are superb! End of story

It really isn't just a name given to some foam. The key property of Boost foam is the fact it is actually soft and cushioned. Regular EVA foam midsoles are very very firm feeling, and other shoes like Converse etc just feel like bricks and the midsoles don't even bend. If you've worn a pair of Nike Airs expecting them to have some soft padding or something and realised they feel like concrete blocks stuck on your feet then I can understand the skepticism. Shoes with Boost midsoles are a whole different animal. These soles aren't rigid, and you can compress them easily just pressing it with a finger, to get an idea of how soft it is. You really feel it on your feet. Also with this shoe it has "360 Primeknit", which is a stretchy knit material all the way around the shoe. Again another shoe technology that Adidas has which is just far superior in comfort, look etc to any other shoe on the market. The regular Ultraboosts with regular Primeknit are also just as amazing in feel. Since wearing Ultraboosts I've stopped getting blisters from my toes rubbing on the sides, and I don't get pains with my knees when walking in them because of how much they cushion you. The biggest problem with Ultraboosts is they ruin other shoes for you. I've started to sell my shoe collection just because they all feel crap now compared to my Ultraboosts and so I wind up never wearing them. I now have several pairs of Ultraboosts in different shapes / colourways instead. My favourite being the uncaged for casual wear (but terrible support for running), the ATR for hiking (although the Terrex Free Hiker better for proper hiking, but yet to see a pair of those on decent discount), and these Ultraboost 19s are apparantly really good for running but these are the only ones I've not tried yet as I have older models.

I’ve done around 700 Kms in two pairs and completed 3 half marathons . They are my choice of performance shoe - I use laced as well but the lace less are great

Comfiest trainers I've ever worn, but abysmal build quality. Bought three pairs, one went back after a couple of months, the second pair lasted a month and the third pair lasted two weeks. Thank god they have a 2 year guarantee/warranty. You'll need it.

I ordered a pair of black ultraboost (not parley as this deal) when they were on sale for £105 (still on sale at £115), which worked out £52.50 with Vitality. Great deal. Remember to order half a size bigger than your normal as they fit a little tight.

Most comfy trainers ever! No good if its peeing down or freezing but summer trainers? Sorted. Even Nike Pegasus arent as bouncy!

go at least a half size up. for some models i've gone full size up. beware.

Serious heat. Not in my size (mad) I got some Solarboost on Black Friday but they are nowhere near as comfy as the Ultraboost on my runs. For anyone buying for running I would recommend going up half a size.
