You might even need a new BIGGER house the way their "photoshop" expert has super imposed it onto the cabinet in their Jolly Green Giant mock up!!

Great, now I need a giant bedside table.

3 of the Amazon direct sold ones left, so mind you do not buy the ones from the price match seller, if you do nab one (y)

ebay £35 ebay £39 Anyway, you get my point if you are voting cold just for the sake of it, this is a great buy for £20!

I already own one which I picked up for £75. Certainly wouldn’t pay any more than that again and in truth £50ish should be the current price

Not voting, agree with the above comment. Not only this, but considering the limitations, sorry but IMO the price is way too high.

With the new Echo Show 5 coming out in the next couple of weeks £79.99. I think these will drop in price even further.

DAB+ Alarm clock radio BPCRB-B1 - £19 Instore @ Sainsbury’s

20 Presets DAB+ FM USB Charging

WOULD have paid £9-10 WON'T pay 19 !!! ;) (lol)

Got this for £10 but be aware the heaphone/line out is only in mono. If you’re not bothered and then its a good buy. I’m rather disappointed with the reduced resolution of DAB radio stations in the UK as a whole.

Does this have a Sleep button and if so how many buttons do you have press from the radio being off to having the radio on for 60 minutes? Soecific/odd question I know but all dab alarm clocks I have seen are overly complicated to use the sleep option compared to the old FM alarm clocks where you just pressed one button

That's expensive. I posted it at £11 a few months ago. Went down to £9

Bought three of these the other week at £9. Brilliant sound quality for the money, then picked up one of the more expensive white wood surround ones and found it really tinny!

Posted 10th MayPosted 10th MayLocalLocal
Reduced to clear in Newbury Park sainsburys Seems very cheap for a DAB radio alarm clock It was the last one but might be national

none of the above model at my store but they had the Blaupunkt BPR‐3 reduced from RRP £50 to £19 its this one

One on the shelf in Newbury

I brought one a few weeks ago. Great for the money but I find the screen very bright even on the lowest setting.

I doubt there's any difference apart from the colour

White version seems to be a bit dearer, think it was 12.50. Anybody know if there is any difference other than the colour ?

Got two of these, no issues. Thanks!

Got one today. Much easier to set up than the one got last year. Time is GMT and it is a lot easier now to change between fahrenheit and celcius. (I have an older model from a previous Lidl offer and I had to change the settings as it was following German time. )

Noticed the clock had the initials DO on it and didn't realise what it was until changed to FR today. It's the day of the week and DO is Donnerstag in German. So you have to change the language, but it's easy to do.

Rubbishy, I think, just a cheap liquid crystal display in a box. It's sold out anyway

Would look good in my desk, working or not.

I think it will probably be rubbish but it's reduced to £6 and it looks like the arcade cabinet and could be used as a case for something if it breaks (nerd)

Thanks. I really like things like this. Much appreciated.

The one review is not very positive (confused)

Is the Philips a lot better than the unbranded ones? Aldi and home bargains got some got like £10-15?

Yes, I do have a type of alarm to wake me up in the morning.

So, just to be clear. Do you use an alarm of any kind, be it a clock or your phone or anything else in a morning?

No, I presumed other people don't use alarm clocks anymore. I never said that I don't use one. However, you are quite perceptive.

“ people even use alarm clocks anymore? I mean your mobile phone can surely be used and customised for an alarm.” You insinuate that you don’t use an alarm clock, suggesting in that case you don’t need one. You need to read what you post. What a silly billy.

Won't this come with an EU plug? Or will it have a UK plug too?

Looks like it's been nicked off a Morris Minor. :{

I have a hue bloom synced to the sleep cycle app and this works a treat in the morning

Thank you, my lesser model has been playing up so ordered this. Hopefully it has the bird tweeting alarm sound

Just a comment for Philips Hue users: there is a feature for a gradual brightness increase with the white ambiance bulb (or colour). If you use this already then it's much cheaper than this alone.

Just an update, our sainsburys in Bicester still has them in at £9, I bought one last night

Looks like they've been restocked. My local (Leicester Fosse Park) has a couple of dozen available this evening.

4 in Sainsbury’s Brookwood (Woking).

Just found one of these in my local Sainsbury’s. Excellent sound from such a small device and a bargain for a DAB radio!

My local finally reduced it to £9 from £11!

Got two from sainsburys in ipswich yesterday. The sound is fab from such a small thing. Bargain at a tenner 😁

Voted hot.

Much like JVC, Hitachi, Sharp, Toshiba et al (TVs anyway).

A decent little clock radio, picked one up last week. Does a job and is loud enough to wake you. Also has a usb port on the back to charge devices.

That may be true although it's just a name with little bearing on their heritage, like many brand names I guess, valuable as a name, irrelevant as an actual company that makes things.

Setup was slightly fiddly at first needed the instructions to do the initial DAB scan. Brightness very good has 3 settings. Volume is decent. Station presets are easy enough to do. For £11 you can't go wrong.

Hi, when you've had a chance to have a play would you mind letting me know your thoughts please? Is it easy to use? My mum's in the market for a new clock radio but finds the displays are often too bright at night, so if this can be dimmed well I might see if I can track one down for her. Many thanks.

Bought this in Sainsbury's Farnborough yesterday was priced at £30 but when staffed verified price they said it was coming up at £11.

Thanks mate or buddy.

Looks like the same set up as this other branded version from Amazon Bargain for £5. Paid more for the version from Amazon and that has been really good for the money, The controls are a bit of a clunky design and the sound alarms are terrible. Not as good as the Philips I had before and produces a different kind of light but the Philips ones are much more money

This is hot UK deals, so probably the USA mate

It’s powered from AC.
