Maybe not everyone is as much of an expert than you people buy things and would expect to get what they paid for imo basic statutory rights
You also had a cooling-off period also. Why people don't do just the basic research prior to installation, and then a few speed tests when up and running, I do not know.
Openreach says I should get up to 80mbps. But Vodafone give me 15.
No I was promised a minimum 55 that's why they have applied a discount on my account because they are unable to fix the issue asides from that would still highly recommend VF as I've had a great connection for over 4 years much better than my previous (sky + bt)
Moved to VF on 1st October, getting around 57-58 mbps on a 63 mbps contract, VF is the cheapest option amongst the suppliers, max speed offered at my location is 67 mbps. I would say VF has been helpful and parted with log-in credentials when I told them I am going to use a 3rd party router. No real issues apart from I don’t like their router web interface and there is no scheduling available based on MAC address for parental control.
