Reflex is offering a 2.03kg tub of all-in-one bodybuilding supplement, a 300g of pre-workout and a 750ml stainless steel shaker for £39.99! An all in one supplement also known as… Read more
Even if you split this dosage in half its still around 25 grams of protein which is the same as a scoop of whey.

Whey is already high in bcaas in good quality branded proteins. You can tell this by the Leuicine content. So unless you don't get much protein or train fasted when bcaas is not really necessary.

All you need is some caffeine and beta alanine and hmb

One stop extreme is definitely worth it if you break down nearly a pound for a scoop I might have to purchase it

Now I'm really intrigued...for clarification what would you take before training (excluding food i.e) and if you do not mind would you be kind enough share the details here of a better priced bundle? I'd only be too happy to learn something new from you

Bro, do you even lift?

So true! Thanks for your contribution. I guess if it's an ordinarily Whey Protein powder you're seeking then this All-in-One may not be suited for one's needs. I like the product for what it is...a stack; I believe this is where most folks are getting it wrong. This is basically a wholesome supplement (Macros, micros, added BCAAs, creatine and a preworkout) one has to see the bigger picture especially if you do some serious lifting. Now with regards to fourteen servings...uhm hell naw oO! I never go by the recommended servings on the label, that's just for the benefit of the manufacturer/distributors (it only serves to keep you the end user coming back for more way too soon). Remember that you only need so much protein per lean body mass and if your diet is on point then you will also be supplying your body with good quality macros and micros too.
Don't forget it is just what it is...a "supplement" and not a replacement for food 8). Bottom line is that at the end of the day this product may not be suited for everyone, I guess I should have made this clear in the description from the start (_;)

Even including delivery costs it's a good price given that it usually goes for around £28 on Amazon

Good price for what it is but it's only 2:1:1 (heat added for the price)

I use "all day you may" which is 10:1:1 though it's a lot more pricey @ £30 for just under half kilo.

Your not having the best experience with this are you

I didn't order that particular item and advise if you're unsure don't take it - it's difficult to know what exactly it should look like as it's not pure beta - alanine (they have their own formulation I think), Monster Supplements have a number and an online form - might be worth trying them and see what they say as a first port of call.

I used to supplement with BCAA's and I think I'll do it again because I did notice an unambiguous benefit in recovery. I want to send you a PM about a related matter...

Think it's stopped working. When I put the code in it removes it from my basket. I ordered some before but tried again (not signed in so it's not because I've already had one)
easy free pills got two rtd's! bcaa's help you stay anabolic not catabolic good for cutting.
Just ordered. I've just switched onto promax (i know MM is overpriced before you start) and it doesnt have much amino acids, so this is great. Just ordered banana and vanilla samples of whey. Foot to try them for future reference too.

There is a new version of this out. Most places trying to shift last of the stocks.
Excellent product and very effective.
amino acids are the building blocks of protein and is a good supplement IF you can afford it but the staple basic must haves are protein , creatine and a multi vit . so consume at least 100g of EXTRA protein a day & EVERY DAY to what you normally consume along with creatine and a good multi vit and watch the muscle pack on .
whitbyfish

Am I the only left that thinks consuming this stuff is an act of madness?

Do you even know what this supplement does?

It speeds up recovery. It's nothing detrimental to your body, as the unwashed masses seem to assume.

I bet you think whey protein is comprised of steroids, too.
