Thanks, couldn’t find them on search earlier but found a few now and latest ( dated March and April expire on 05.10.18)

Great book as are his others, much better than the insipid film.

I got the paperback (film tie-in version) in the Works for a couple of quid a few months back - not got round to reading yet though. Again, not watched it, but the film is on Netflix as well.

If you have not kept the emails sent on despatch of the qualifying items, headed "Benefit Confirmation for your Order" which tells you the expiry date at the bottom, you will have to phone CS and ask them. They will (begrudgingly) check your account, and tell you when they expire. ALL the credits that I got since last December until March, expire today, so you have to do it today, or you will lose them. I have just ordered a Dorco razor from a deal on here, for 99p reduced from £6.99, and have chosen no rush delivery which gives me a new 99p digital credit. It will be interesting to see what the new expiry date for this batch of credits is going to be!

Thank you for that, have been wondering how to check balance. Knew I’d done it before but couldn’t remember how! How do you see when they expire though?

Yeah still a massive divide, and also still dirt cheap.

Thanks very much for the suggestions. I did do a sightseeing tour bus but it was raining and then got dark (went in November) but still enjoyable. Couldn't get off at check point Charlie or the gate etc which was a shame cos we went on the last bus. Went out every night and it was decent. Went to a club called dreams/angel (something like this, i can't remember) and the music was really good. Prices in general were comparable to London in my opinion.

Hahaha noted! No wonder i didn't see much when i was there (briefly) :l

This city is just fantastic, so much to see and do, day and night! Great short flights from the UK and cheap, we stayed in the central area right beside the Hofbrau Beer garden and everything was on our door step. I had an amazing 50th birthday trip. Can’t reccomed this city enough!

Looks to be Easyjet flights for £49 return from LGW when looked at dates of 30th April to 2nd May

Beat for the bag gag

Awesome. Also since the thread comments have turned to sharing resources to get 'free' shows and stuff, I would like to share a website I found earlier this year called gomovies (sometimes goes by the name gostream). It's a far better movie streaming site than putlocker (no invasive adverts, pop ups or viruses/malware etc), and the movies and tv show streaming options makes Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV look absolutely dire in comparison (much better UI and stream availability, which is shocking considering it is a free website and the other options are paid subscription options). Literally my favourite website of this year, I cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription this year because of the website and I only use Now TV to use free passes and trials (for example the Pringles glitch Sky Sports Day pass which I used yesterday). And for you WWE and wrestling fans, I direct you to a website called watchwrestling, which has all of your wrestling streaming needs (use the dailymotion links!) without the need to flog £10 a month for the WWE Network.

It is s streaming box, for about £70 , and it is not illegal to own, then you need a subscription** for about £50 a year. **You get all sky channels, all BT channels at USA sports & films, all 3pm Ko's all Bein Sports channels, Lots & Lots of Box Sets, at the Movies channel, the latest film is Rise of the Footsoldier 3, plus hundreds of channels from around the world. All HD etc You just need Internet. ;) ** so I'm told

I can get all my shopping in a carrier bag...will I fit it all in a Mag Box?

As an ex Berliner I can say that Pankow is NOT a nice place to stay. It's actually very far from the most beautiful markets and is located in the former East Berlin area.

We were there last year when the attacks happened. Will be there again this year. Dont understand people letting fear control their lives.

See above.

Let's try and make it as simple for you to understand as possible, and let's not beat around the bush and use what we're actually talking about in the example. If a country had a 0% Muslim population, there would be no Islamic terrorist attacks. Poland has a 0.1% Muslim population, which happens to be very close to 0%. Do you understand the basic point that I'm making now? You may also be interested to learn that the large majority of Islamic terrorist attacks, and subsequently most deaths resulting from Islamic terrorist attacks occur in majority Muslim countries. This completely defeats the argument of the person I originally quoted, and presumably the same point that you're trying to make, which was "some cities have more terrorist attacks because they're popular tourist destinations". Are you saying that Sweden and the UK haven't had any Islamic terrorism, or any of the other countries you listed? Those two countries clearly have, as the others may have had as well. I'm still none the wiser to the argument your were trying to make I'm afraid. If you'd listed some countries that have a higher percentage of Muslims than Poland, and that have also had no terrorist attacks, I'd understand what you were saying. But to that, I'd say that nowhere have I said that having more Muslims always leads to more terrorist attacks, but that it would be silly to not consider it as a reason as to why a country had more terrorist attacks than a country that had had less.

It is for you as it appears, the data shows that there is "having more of a particular 'thing' as you have so eloquently put it, and there hasn't been more of a "particular 'thing'. It isn't a difficult concept to grasp but seems to pass over you all the same. You can wrap it up in rhetoric and conjecture as much as you like, the data disproves your fantasy.

Anyone used GoGroopie before? Are they okay?

Which Ivbergs hotel did you go for? Messe or charlottenberg? I stayed at Messefor a week last year. Bit out the way but close to U-Bahn. room nice and clean, beds comfy. could have done with a minibar/fridge though.

That is true. I went to Berlin solo just a couple months ago. You may be able to find a hotel for 2 nights a bit cheaper. Don't worry if it's far out of the centre, as long as it's near a ubahn sbahn or tram station the public transport is very easy to use to get around. And you can keep spending to a minimum as there is so much to do for free and lots of street food as well as the usual fast food (McDonald's etc) available. Supermarket freshly made rolls with meat and salad filling only 2 euros for breakfast.

Voted hit but these deals never seem to work out well for lone travellers, always set as a couple to get the deal :|

Maybe bump into Mr Bourne?

Enjoy a rally at the nearby Berlin Sportpalast?

Cheap public transport into the city, just follow the crowd.

Good book, worth the read - lest the Germans forget again.

Brilliantly well written book. Harrowing at times but pulls no punches on how it must have been in the final days. Worth every penny.

It was because the roads were very busy as there is no public transport other than buses. Walking around in hot weather and fumes. Didn't seem pedestrian friendly. Enjoyed it but one night was enough for me.

I really enjoyed it there, probably one of my favourite places in Italy. Amazing food, traditional markets, the views from the towers. That said it was over 10yrs ago when I was last there and it wasn't hugely popular.

I wasn't struck on Bologna, I stayed one night instead of two. Love Berlin and like to try other the other places.

Wow, great effort! What an amazing holiday.

The times are on the screen shots as I was doing it so not too long but I was watching TV at the same time so kept getting distracted.
